Ezolunch.ge operates on a partner-based model and provides corporate lunch services, delivering pre-ordered meals to offices. Access to our service is exclusively available to employees of organizations/offices that are registered in our system and have an active agreement with the company.
Our platform is designed to simplify the food delivery process for offices and ensure timely, standardized, and efficient delivery.

Refund Policy
Ezolunch.ge operates on a pre-order system, meaning the user places an order within the designated timeframe, and delivery is carried out the following business day.
- Employees may have a designated credit limit that can be used when placing an order. If the limit is exceeded, the user may cover the remaining amount via digital payment methods.
- Refunds are available if the order is damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or not delivered.
- A refund request must be submitted within 24 hours from the delivery day and must include appropriate evidence (photo/video).
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after the refund request has been approved.
Delivery Policy
Ezolunch.ge provides services only to partner offices. Delivery to individual residential addresses is not available.
- Order placement time: daily 09:00–23:00, with delivery the following business day between 12:00–14:00.
- All employee orders are delivered together to the office, and the courier leaves the order at a predefined point within the office.
- The user is responsible for collecting their order on time.
Liability
Ezolunch.ge is responsible only for the services described and offered on the platform. The company is not responsible for internal office rules, internal order distribution processes, or orders received late due to the employee’s actions.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates take effect immediately upon publication. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing the updated information.
